Shipping

Shipping is included to the continental United States, for Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping, additional charges may apply.

Your pillow kit will be shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground within 3 weeks of ordering. We use all recyclable/sustainable packaging materials.

Please DO NOT use any knives or sharp cutting tools when opening the box, pillows may be damaged.

Returns

All return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the order to customerservice@avenue325.com.

We do not refund original shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any return requests made past the 7-day grace period.

All returned items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition and accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip. If we discover any sign of use or wear, the item(s) will be returned to you and your account will not be credited.

If the product arrives in original condition without any signs of use or wear, you will receive credit. If an exchange is needed, the return must be received and inspected by Avenue Interiors before the exchange order will be released into production.
